Cyprus Hospitality Educational Institute (CHEI), in cooperation with Cyprus Chefs Association have organized some training sessions for Hospitality Supervisors. The initiative of the Chef’s association, was a part of the goals set from the committee, the developing of Supervisory skills among professionals.
The program chosen was “Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS®)” the most complete, modern and recognized Certification for Supervisors in Hospitality Industry, with the signature of the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AH&LEI), and the experience of CHEI.
The succession of the program results from the number of participants, not only Chefs but also Restaurant Managers, F&B Managers, Operation and hotel general Managers, even Directors.
Following our policy to recognize effort, our Educational Institute is organizing an awarding ceremony, honoring the CHS professionals.
