Certified Spa Supervisor (CSS)

Duration: 45 hours

CSS_LogoThe Certified Spa Supervisor program is a certification for spa supervisors and managers. The certification program was developed by the International SPA Association (ISPA) in partnership with the Educational Institute to provide education and resources for spa supervisors who may be new to their positions or those who are seeking additional education and recognition.

Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP®)

Duration: 14 hours

Gold propertyHospitality employees must have effective guest service skills in today’s competitive market. They must be able to engage and connect with their guest to go above and beyond the call of duty.

Guest Service Gold® is the preparation course for the Certified (CGSP®) designation.

A property that certifies all of its line-level employees that are in contact with guests will become a Certified Guest Service Property.

Certified Restaurant Server

Duration: 28 hours

Restaurant Server 2Great food isn’t enough to make an outstanding dining experience. That takes great service, too. The Restaurant Server certification brings the professional clout to the people who are in the front-line with guests.

The certification is supported by the “START” (Skills, Tasks, and Results Training) programs.

Certified Front Desk Representative

Duration: 27 hours

Duration: 21 hours

stocked and maintained. The Guestroom Attendant certification brings the professional clout to the people who are in the front-line with guests.

Certified Kitchen Cook

Duration: 28 hours

Kitchen-Cook 2The Certified Kitchen Cook credential recognizes the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a professional in a back-of-the-house position at a food service operation.

The program is intended for on-the-job training. Successful candidates completing the START program and pass the written exams, will receive a certification, lapel pin and global recognition for their accomplishment.
