Budgeting Technics

Budgeting is a process necessary for the proper organization of companies and departments. It is simultaneously demanding and complex, combining technical, analytical and administrative skills. The workshop has been designed in such a way, so as to direct and familiarize key staff with the principles of budgeting, its structure and the philosophy behind it. Major objectives of the program are the understanding of responsibilities in relation to the budget planning process, the design in relation to the revenue and expenditure of a company and the use of budgets as a monitoring tool for measuring success.
