The purpose of the program is to satisfy Wellness Center customers by leaving them with the most positive experiences at the end of each visit. Also, to enhance responsibility for each client individually by activating and empowering participants in the area of wellness through massage.

After the end of the program participants are expected to, identify key elements in the surroundings to maintain and organize them according to standards, recognize the needs of each customer separately and through discussion recommend the appropriate service and product, to interpret the difference of objections from potential problems and to link them to possible solutions, build effective customer relationships at a professional level.
