Taking into consideration the requirements of European and National legislation, all Food and Beverage establishments are obliged to know and apply all regulations, guidelines and good practices related to Basic Food Hygiene in order to provide safe and quality products. The involvement of food handlers in basic health and food safety training programs is considered essential so they can effectively meet the above requirements and not pose any risk to consumers safety consequently.
The aim of the program is for participants to recognize the importance of Food Hygiene, to know all requirements of legislation and national directives. Recognize the risks and the need for both Food and Personal Hygiene. To work as a team to succeed the implementation of an effective Food Hygiene System. Also, they successfully cope with the Health Authority controls.
