Train your Front Desk employees, during real working time. On-the-job training means that your employees shall practice in real-time, following classroom sessions and masterclasses.
Front Desk Representatives play a key role in the overall guest experience at a hospitality establishment. They are the first people to greet guests, check them in, and arrange payments. They are a guest’s first point of contact, and their ability to answer questions and provide services can contribute to a positive overall experience.
This course enhances the skills and abilities of these professionals and boosts their further development.
