The Front Office Academy (5 months Certification)


An Introduction To The Professional World Of Front Office Management!

This in-line level training program is aimed at aspiring professionals who wish to acquire a solid foundation of skills in the hospitality industry and gain the edge they need to work as a qualified Front Office professional.

As the first level of professional development, the Front Office Academy helps individuals develop the skills required to perform Front Office tasks and provide an enjoyable experience for guests.

The program offers a combination of theoretical courses and practical exercises relating to the Front Office Department of a hotel or property, and completion of the course will grant you a professional certification as a Certified Front Desk Representative.

The certification course is supported by START (Skills, Tasks, and Results Training) Programs, which provides general knowledge and soft skills needed to succeed in the hospitality industry, and culminates in a final exam.

Successful candidates who complete the program and pass each exam will be awarded a course certification from AH&LEI, a lapel pin, and global recognition for their accomplishment.

5 Courses Specialization (1 year Diploma)


This 5-course specialization features a curriculum crafted by AH&LEI and offers professionals in the Hospitality Industry the opportunity to gain a globally recognized diploma that will help boost your professional career in the area of Front Office Management.

The Front Office Management Specialization is aimed at professionals who wish to further their careers with a recognized degree. It offers the specific technical, supervisory and managerial skills required for entry-level management positions in the Front Office departments of hospitality establishments, through five practical and theoretical courses. Completion of all five courses will grant you the Diploma of Specialization.

Candidates who successfully complete all five courses through Polykarpou HRD will be awarded a Front Office Management Specialization by AH&LEI, and will also receive an AH&LEI award for each module completed.
